Find answers to frequently asked questions about the ordering process, how the Christmas Project works and where to find your unique code for ordering.
Please note that all personalised and printed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are customised specifically for each order.
We encourage customers to carefully review their order details (including spelling, colours, and designs) before finalising their purchase.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Our primary payment method is PayPal, which allows you to quickly and securely complete your order by logging into your PayPal account.
Please note: Due to PayPal’s recent policy change, card payments without a PayPal account are no longer supported for Jersey customers.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still place your order manually - simply email xmas@mailmateprint.com with your school name, unique code, child’s class, child’s full name, and items to order. We’ll then reply with an invoice so you can complete payment directly.
Your unique code can be found on the form you received with your child's artwork. Please enter this code on the basket page, prior to completing your order as this is what links your order to the artwork.

You must place your order before the 14th November 2025, after which time you will no longer be able to order online. This is so we have time to receive the artwork back, scan and process each order.
