Find answers to frequently asked questions about the ordering process, how the Christmas Project works and where to find your unique code for ordering.
Please note that all personalised and printed items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are customised specifically for each order.
We encourage customers to carefully review their order details (including spelling, colours, and designs) before finalising their purchase.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Our primary payment method is PayPal which allows you to quickly and easily complete your purchase by simply logging into your PayPal account.
You can also pay with your credit or debit card without a PayPal account by clicking on the 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' button when completing your purchase.
Once you have entered your payment information and billing address on the next screen, ensure the ‘Save information and create your PayPal account’ option is Switched Off to complete your purchase without setting up a PayPal account.
Your unique code can be found on the form you received with your child's artwork. Please enter this code on the basket page, prior to completing your order as this is what links your order to the artwork.
You must place your order before the 13th October 2024, after which time you will no longer be able to order online. This is so we have time to receive the artwork back, scan and process each order.
